CONDITIONS The apartments will be available for occupation from 3.00pm on the applicable day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the applicable day of departure. For reasons of safety and to minimise noise and any possible damage, babies and children under the age of 10 years unfortunately cannot be accommodated, which equally applies to pets. In order to avoid any inconvenience or annoyance to the other occupants of Metropole Court, no noisy activities are allowed on the premises as the apartments are strictly for residential purposes only. Tenants are requested to sensibly economise on the use of electricity and particularly to avoid overloading the night storage system, which can automatically cut out until the Electricity Board manually resets it. Although the apartments are fully equipped including all household linen, bathers are asked to bring their own swimming towels, as NOTHING MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES. Providing full payment has been made, the keys will be left in a named, sealed envelope at the Porters Desk for collection which is opposite reception in the main Hotel foyer. Finally, tenants are advised to take out their own insurance to cover unavoidable cancellation. In such an event the whole deposit will be forfeited, and if the balance has been paid this will be refunded subject to the apartment being re-let to another tenant, less any shortfall, which may be difficult to achieve at short notice. |
